Vendor Application-Backup – Prairie Barn Vintage Market

Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Prairie Barn Vintage Market!!

Our market primarily focuses on Primitives, Antiques, Vintage, Repurposed, Up-cycled, Homemade/Handmade, Shabby-chic, Plants, Garden decor & Food. You may see a small mix of new goods. We do ask that all vendors create an inviting display of their items, as the atmosphere plays a huge role in shopper experience. We screen each application to make sure we are bringing vendors that align with our overall vision for the show and to help ensure that each vendor has a positive and (hopefully) profitable market.

Please carefully review the entire application. It will help you better understand how the show will operate. Your cooperation in upholding our high standards will help bring great buyers for the day. We want this to be a fun event for your customers and for YOU, the vendors, who are the backbone of our show.

This year’s event will take place August 18th & 19th at the Iverson Ranch. Please keep in mind this market is OUTSIDE on a private working ranch & that can mean we have some uneven ground, grass/dirt, etc. Power is not available for vendors (sorry). If your booth does require power, you are welcome to bring a generator, but we do ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing a generator so we can plan your space accordingly. We LOVE our Central Oregon weather, keep in mind that it is typically really warm however we can’t control the weather or wind. Tents with weights, sunscreen & water are highly encouraged.

LOCATION: 5400 NE Ochoco Hwy, Prineville, OR - TURN AT THE BIG RED BARNS! Just a half mile past the weigh-station on the right. HOURS: The Vintage Market will be open for general admission shopping on: First Dibs Friday, August 18th 4:00pm-8:00pm (Early Bird attendees get in at 3pm) Saturday, August 19th 10:00am- 3:00pm
